Karl Lagerfeld designed the Boy Collection as an interpretation of the boyish charm that Coco Chanel was known for. Karl was stated as saying that the very spirit of Chanel was inspired by Boy Capel, the love of her life; which is why this new collection is called the “Boy Chanel.” This gorgeous bag is made of gorgeous diamond stitched calfskin leather and is the largest size of the collection and features a long chain-link strap with a leather pad that can be used as a long strap or looped around as a shoulder bag. The exterior leather is clean and beautiful throughout but has darkening and signs of wear to the flap corners and bottom corner edges. The diamond quilting has a few small indentations on the front and back. The underside of the flap has light scuffing. The main interior is clean but has a few wear spots. Overall the bag remains in great condition.
